Block 4 - Week’s 1 and 2 

Well, it seems like I’m back to rebuilding my strength!  Sometimes it feels like I’m starting all over again!  But, each day I can tell my strength is returning more and more.  By the last day of week 2 I would say that my strength was about 70%.  Hopefully by the end of week 3 I will be back to 100%.

On the upside, I got a few new toys for Christmas!  I got a new aero helmet and a GPS watch!  Can’t wait to put them to good use!

Block 4 - Week’s 1 and 2 Totals:

Swim - 10,000 meters

Bike - 216 miles

Run - 42 miles
